Il progetto F4G è un progetto che si articola in 30 mesi. Co- finanziato dalla Commissione europea nel quadro del programma Erasmus +, partenariato strategico nel campo della istruzione e formazione professionale.

Il progetto è guidato da SFC-Sistemi Formativi Confindustria, in collaborazione con 7 organizzazioni provenienti da Italia, Spagna e Francia provenienti dal settore educativo e di business.

Lo scopo del progetto è quello di costruire e sperimentare un modello formativo innovativo, facilmente trasferibile ai sistemi di istruzione e formazione professionale del settore alimentare.
